Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with SAIDANYWAYS™ (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

Our products are made to order by our print-on-demand partner Printify and its network of print providers. Colours and print placement may vary slightly from the photos on the site because of screen settings and the nature of the printing process. Sizes are listed in the size chart on each product page.

2. Product information and safety

Our tees are printed on Gildan 64000 blanks (100% ring-spun cotton). They are intended for adults. Country of origin of the blank garment: Bangladesh. In the EU and Northern Ireland a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies. Care: machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F) with similar colours, do not bleach, tumble dry low, iron or steam on low heat, do not dry clean.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered on the site. Your payment details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us.

5. Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery times are described in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Returns and refunds

Our refund policy explains what to do if something is wrong with your order and which rights you have.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other codes, and have no cash value. We may withdraw a code that is misused.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, texts, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written consent.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate order and delivery information and not to use the site for anything unlawful.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are free from defects. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
